My reaction Boyz n the Hood

When Ricky dies is one of the most powerful parts of the movie. The raw emotion that was shown during that scene is amazing. The scene is so intense and powerful. John Singleton never gave the actors cues when the camera was rolling so the actors reactions are real. You could say that they were just overacting but how would you know. You didn't walk into your living room to find your son dead on the couch. You didn't have to carry your dead brother to his house. He was so young he had so much to live for he had a scholarship waiting for him. He had a son and girlfriend, now they have to continue their lives with out him. He was living the dream he was going to go to college and go some where. He was going to raise his child and live a successful life. He was too young he didn't have the chance to live his life.
Then there's the ending. Doughboy gives a speech and we think it's going to be a happy ending, but no there is never a happy ending. The local crackhead asks for some blow, some rock and that's not the worst part. Trey and Doughboy hug and  that's supposed to be the ending, right? Then almost everything that was happy gets smashed by the text on the screen. We read that Ricky gets barried and Doughboy gets murdered. However, a little of the text is good and we see that Trey and Brandi's dreams of getting into college come true.
